We can now print from iPads to the reception printer.

1. Open the app you want to print from. Find the print option by tapping the app’s share icon (  or  ) or settings icon ( or ). If you can’t find the print option, check the app’s User Guide or Help section. (Not all apps support AirPrint).
2. Tap () or Print.
3. Choose printer (tap on select printer as needed) and opt for ‘RICOH MP C3503’
4. Choose the number of copies
5. Tap ‘Print’

While printing you can typically watch your print job(s) or cancel them via the App Switcher.  Double-click the iPads home button and tap the printer icon.

(Printing from iPads usually requires a special ‘Airprint’ network enabled printer, which the Ricoh printers we have are not – we are using some software to emulate this, which seems to work reasonably well).

Unfortunately, printing is still just as costly!
