You can set google to be the default search provider in just a few steps;

1. Visit http://www.iegallery.com/en-gb/Addons/Details/14045

2. Click the orange ‘Add to Internet Explorer’ button.

3. In the popup window, ensure both checkboxes are checked and click ‘add’

After restarting you can enter searches in the address box!
