We are pleased to share our policy for signing and a dictionary of signs that has been collated for families, staff and any adults supporting pupils at Samuel Pepys School.

The aim of this policy and dictionary is to facilitate the effective support of pupils with their communication and interactions as part of a total communication approach.

It steers learning opportunities, enabling users to feel confident to use Sign Supported English at home, in school and in the wider community.
