Moving to adulthood for children with special education needs and disabilities

The Lead Teacher for Careers Education and Preparation for Adulthood is Mike Leasure, Assistant Head Teacher. Mike can be contacted via the school office. Our main contact with the SEND Service 14-25 Additional Needs Team is Sian Johnson, Additional Needs Pathway Adviser.

The Moving On documents contain information for students and their families on education, training, employment and moving from childrens to adult services for young people in Cambridgeshire with special educational needs and disabilities.
